Let's play,
Let's be kids again,
be hopeful and free,
and run around in the wind,
and consider all things vain.

Let's play,
so we can be ignorant in pain,
blissful amidst chaos,
to remember the innocent bravery in our hearts,
that equals the guts to hold a soldier's gun,
to make silly noises at the soldier's face.

Lets play,
and block out everything bad,
and playfully ignore the nagging fear,
in our hearts,
would be a start.
